Redevco has started the first phase in the redevelopment of the commercial complex at the Bredabaan in Schoten (Antwerp). The former Brico is demolished to create space for three new units, leased to Goossens furniture store (2,190 m²), Exterioo garden furniture (1,957 m²) and BikeFriend (868 m²).
Bikefriend has already been delivered and will open in September. Goossens and Exterioo will be delivered in September and October, after which they can start fitting out there stores.
Permit requests will be submitted for the second phases in the redevelopment. In this phase the front parking will be reorganized and renovated.
